History
In October 1996, Sol. Carola Ferraris opened her firm in Milan in Viale Monte Nero 80 (Piazza 5 Giornate).
Five solicitors now work in the firm: Carola Ferraris, Roberta Borghini, Susanna Vialetto, Donatella Nastro, together with other colleagues who are experts in labour law, a field where the firm has extensive experience in judicial and out of court settlements for enterprise, colleagues and employees including at executive level. Besides labour law, the firm is also expert in family law (separation and divorce), contracts, tourist law.
Each problem is carefully followed with the direct involvement of the firm’s solicitors.
The firm’s aim is to get the best possible result as quickly as possible, analysing the costs together with the client and deciding whether to proceed in legal actions along the relative paths.
Priority is always given to trying to find an out-of-court settlement to any dispute compatible with each single case.
